The inquiry forms are the way to reach us through this site.

When you submit a form, the information is emailed to Opportunity America so that a member of our team can respond to your inquiry. We use it to reply to you and to follow up about the program you asked about.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Opportunity America except where we are required to by law.

Form submissions are not stored in a database on this website. They are delivered to our email and kept in our email system, where they are retained for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our records.
